At the olivefan, we want you to be happy with the purchase, but we know that you sometimes need to return it. If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us and attach your receipt. If there is a problem with the item, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange service. In the event of a refund or replacement, the user will need to return or replace any item with the original purchase receipt within 30 days of purchase and return the original package with the item in a new and unused condition. Includes all raw materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected. Returned items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. The credit card will be issued to the same card used for purchase and the card must be presented at the time of return. For items not received in this case, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the product. In general, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item is defective and we made a mistake, we will be happy to process the return shipping cost.
